Eligibility: The Dunham's Sports & Champion Back to School Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to permanent legal residents in certain of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia ("D.C."), who are physically located and residing therein (excluding CA, MA, NY, WA, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Prize pickup must occur at a Dunham's Sports store, which must be the closest store to the winner's legal residence. Employees of Champion, Dunham's Sports ("Sponsor"), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Description: Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on Mon. August 1st, 2022 and ends at 11:59pm. on Wed. August 31st, 2022 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of one overall Grand Prize drawing for a $1,000 Dunham's Sports Gift Card. The Grand Prize sweepstakes drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Website's computer is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time ("EST"). How to Enter: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, members may access the Website. Then follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form by providing the following information: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, Date of Birth, Phone Number (including area code), and agree to the Official Rules (collectively, "Entry Information"). All required Entry Information must be completed in full, be accurate and valid. The Entry Information must match the information of the entrant that completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. The entrant must understand when signing up, one will be asked if you want to sign up for future communications from Champion by filling in a unchecked box if you choose to participate. After completing and submitting your Entry Information you will then receive one entry to the Grand Prize drawing ("Sweepstakes Entry"). In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, Sweepstakes Entries for the Grand Prize drawing must be received by Wed. August 31st, 2022 date. Sweepstakes Entries in excess of the stated limits will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entrants will be automatically enrolled in the Dunham's Rewards Email program. You may opt-out at any time.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $1,000 Dunham's Sports Gift Card. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Grand Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or substitute items. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No cash equivalent for prizes will be available. Prizes are not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability or for any other reason. Prize must be picked up at winner's Dunham's Sports location , which must be the closest store to the winner's legal residence. All expenses associated with receipt or use of prize not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any requested upgrades/options,) are excluded and are each winner's sole responsibility. As applicable, the prizes only come with standard manufacturer warranty. Any depiction of prizes in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, local or other taxes arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or award of any prize including, without limitation, income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor or Sponsor's designee for the total ARV of the prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of prize. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes administrator is the not guarantor of any prize. The prize will need to be picked up at the winners Dunham's Sports location, which must be the closest store to the winner's legal residence.

Drawing and Notification of Winner: At the conclusion of the entire Sweepstakes Period one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about September 1st, 2022 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sweepstakes Administrator. All potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided on his/her Sweepstakes Entry within approximately two (2) days of the date his/her name was randomly selected. The potential Grand Prize winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return the original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes administrator requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential Grand Prize winner or such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner for such prize may be selected. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, each winner attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be reached after three (3) phone call attempts within a 1 week period, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected (at Sponsor's sole discretion) from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. By accepting a prize, winners attest to the authenticity of his/her winning Sweepstakes Entry. Unless provided otherwise by Dunham's Sports privacy policy, located at https://www.dunhamssports.com/ where permitted by law, participation and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use such winner's first name, last initial, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Social Media and/or the Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes, and Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Sweepstakes Entries it sees fit and without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be subject to prosecution and is thereby ineligible. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the applicable Grand Prize drawing from among all salvageable eligible Sweepstakes Entries received as of the termination date, if any, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

Dispute Resolution: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Oakland County, Michigan having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Sweepstakes Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by all applicable state and federal Rules and Laws. Entrants waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

The Official Rules will be available on the Web Site during the entire Sweepstakes. Name of winner may also be posted on the Web Site.
